Where to Use: ResiRoof Catalyst is specifically formulated for use with ResiRoof Basecoat Resin & Topcoat, ensuring optimal results in GRP roofing applications.
Product Use: Ideal for curing polyester resins, gel coats, bonding pastes, and pattern coating paints, our Winter Catalyst/Hardener accelerates the curing process, especially in colder temperatures.
Preparation: Prior to use, ensure your Catalyst dispenser is free from contamination. Always wear gloves and eye protection when handling MEKP Catalysts.
Characteristics: ResiRoof GRP Roofing Catalyst is designed to be added to resins & topcoats. Once mixed, it initiates the curing process, resulting in a tack-free, hard, and watertight surface.
Application: Add a maximum of 3% ResiRoof Catalyst by volume, with a minimum of 1%. For example, 30ml per kg maximum or 10ml per kg minimum. Ensure a thorough hand mix, avoiding mechanical mixing.

For Optimum Performance: Store the catalyst at a reasonable temperature, no less than 0°C, and keep it out of direct sunlight and acetone solutions.
